Transparent Pricing Structure
Converting to a rental can be expensive, so we kept this in mind when designing our pricing and fee structure. You don't pay any management fees until rent is flowing for the first time, and we even partner with a marketing firm that doesn't collect their fee until tenants are procured.

Rental needing marketing and tenant procurement

$400 flat marketing fee (Includes photos/advertising, email marketing, tour scheduling, tour oversight, and tenant application/screening) OR we work with you and/or your real estate agent if you already have one. This fee is not charged until a lease has been signed or marketing is withdrawn.

We don't charge our management fee until the first month's rent under our management is paid!

*Requests to coordinate maintenance or repairs that are above and beyond reasonable and periodic will require an additional fee - to be determined based on the scope of the project.
