We will go over our services, explain our fees and processes, and sign a management agreement.
We will engage leasiest to photograph, list, show and promote your property
We will process rent payments, management fees, invoices and charges, produce monthly statements, and send owner distributions monthly.
We will receive applications, screen applicants, and draft and send leases for signatures
We will schedule move outs, move out inspections, cleaning and repairs, and determine any tenant damage to be withheld from the security deposit
After a lease is signed, we will do a pre-move in inspection, tenant onboarding, and schedule a move in date.
